2. Handmade Products

All of our items are 100% handmade. Please keep in mind:

  • Each piece is unique and may have slight variations — that’s part of the charm!

  • We reserve the right to adjust designs or materials based on availability, always keeping the essence of the product.

  • Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

3. Prices

  • All prices are listed in euros (€).

  • Prices include VAT when applicable (according to Portuguese law).

  • Shipping costs (if any) will be shown clearly before checkout.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but you will always be charged the price shown at the time of your order.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is true and accurate.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • Some products may be made to order and may require additional time to prepare. Estimated processing time will be shown in the product description or during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of errors or stock issues.

5. Payments

We accept secure payments via:

  •  PayPal, MB Way, Bank Transfer, etc.

Orders are processed once payment is received in full.

6. Shipping

  • All orders are shipped from Portugal.

  • We ship to: Portugal / Europe / International.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and whether the item is ready-made or made to order.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal service or customs.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade:

  • We only accept returns in case of damaged or faulty items.

  • You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the mistake was ours).

  • We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including product photos, text, logos, and designs) is the property of Twenties and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. In case of disputes, both parties will aim for an amicable resolution. If necessary, legal matters will be handled by Portuguese courts.
